The head of the centre is called 'chief' and is a senior faculty from AIIMS with experience in running large departments/ centre. The chief is chosen by the Director, AIIMS and reports directly to him.

Faculty recruited in various departments of JPNATC besides their clinical duties have been assigned additional administrative duties for smooth & efficient running the centre. All faculty report directly to the chief, JPNATC for all administrative and clinical work. In addition, these faculty liaison with similar departments in AIIMS for academic activities.
